Ever felt like you’re wandering in the dark? Not sure which way to turn.
A LOST SOUL
Lost and anxious..
It sucks.
Every single day you fight against yourself, and time. And your thoughts run wild like a storm.
Among the busy roads and fast steps, you carry the weight of many things you wish you’d done. The sun comes up, but your heart stays in the shadow of things you once loved.
You wish for a different story,
You look in the mirror and all you see is weakness,
You feel sorry for yourself.
You don’t recognize the person you’re staring at anymore..
You’re just angry at yourself and the people around you . You had high expectations.. And here you are struggling to survive..
If this is you now, you are not alone.
Let’s do a comparison and find out how you ended up here:
THE POWER OF THE PAST
If you go and ask your grandpa or any other wise man about the life of our ancestors from 1000 years ago, They would likely give you this answer :
A thousand years back, life was simpler. Mental burdens were lighter, for the heart found peace in the rhythm of nature, and close bonds.
People were stronger mentally and physically, they worked hard and protected their families.
They lived humbly, tending to the land and sharing stories ’round the fire.
A life untouched by screens and haste, where time flowed gently like a babbling brook .
And the astonishment They hold for our bustling modern realm, where simplicity has slipped through our grasp..
THE WEAKNESS OF MODERN LIFE
For the vast majority of people:
You work a 9-5 job, stuck in buildings all day long.
At night, you come home exhausted, watch TV, scroll through social media, and end up falling asleep on the couch.
You might have a chance on the weekends to go out, but most of the time, you just want to relax, especially when Monday is already around the corner.
And it’s another week of stress, and noise, that you have to survive…
You live a fast-paced life in a place filled with pollution and traffic.
There isn’t a single secluded park nearby.
The small parks you have are always filled with families, screaming children, and their dogs. The only way to get to a ‘real’ park is to drive through stressful highways for an hour or more, which can be discouraging most of the time.
Essentially, we spend hours throughout the week surrounded by walls, and the rest of our time is in front of screens…
You see, more and more people are becoming weaker , addicted to the quick fixes of cheap dopamine.
And this lifestyle has only increased our mental health issues like anxiety, and depression..
Many of us have completely disconnected ourselves from home.
NATURE IS HOME
I don’t think most of us realize how our fast-paced lives negatively affect our health.
Negative energy can have a detrimental impact on everything it touches, potentially even radiating towards your family and loved ones.
WHAT IS THE SOLUTION ?
Imagine this..
You wake up in the middle of nature on a perfect day.
The sun’s warmth kisses your skin.
Trees are whispering secrets, and flowers are showing off their colors.
You listen to the distant sound of water.
You take a deep breath of fresh air – it’s like a hug from nature.
Your mind feels light, as if all worries have melted away.
The calmness around seeps into your soul, filling you with peace.
It’s as if you’ve recharged your whole self, ready to take on the world with a big, happy heart..
I believe everyone should experience such a day,
You deserve more than just a short break.
So, pack your backpack and go find your home in nature.
Connect with nature and allow it to take care of you,
No matter where you are, you will be able to find it if you search hard enough..
